Partnerships, Affiliations & Events
We can only do what we do with your help
The number of potentially positive projects needed in a community will always exceed the number of hands and minds willing and able to work on those projects.
That is why the Chefs de Cuisine Education Foundation fosters partnerships with like-minded individuals and organizations to do the work required to strengthen and enhance our many diverse neighborhoods and the people who live there.
The Foundation Board of Directors believes that nonprofit organizations competing for dwindling funding resources for identical projects is counterproductive. The stated goal of the Foundation is to strive for community uplift by supporting the efforts of organizations with common goals.

National Night Out
San Diego August 2024
I Love to Glean and Life Acts work for the 3rd year in a row to provide healthy food to those in need at National Night Out in San Diego. We distributed food to 800 families with around 40 volunteers this past August and packed over 16,000 pounds of produce and dry goods with 3 bags of food going to each family. Enjoy the pictures below and come support the 2025 event!
