Sha Sha Gideo
Sha Sha Gideo is an instructor in the Grossmont College Culinary and Business departments, San Diego University Integrated Studies, and the California Miramar University Hospitality Degree program.
She has an MBA in Business Administration, a BS in Human Relations in Communications, and an AS degree in Culinary Arts.
Chef Gideo is a culinary educator who has worked and traveled in more than 30 countries and brings passion and enthusiasm to the classroom as part of her commitment to help students achieve knowledge and success in their culinary career goals.
Her more than 30 years in the industry began in hotels, upscale country clubs, family-owned restaurants, and catering companies across the US.
Her entrepreneurial spirit was the genesis for the three different companies she started. She has also frequently appeared on local and national media including the International Travel Channel with Chef Andrew Zimmern.
