The evening featured a nuevo classic New Orleans reception and an amazing four-course Mardi Gras feast, complete with beads, masks, King Cakes, a First Line Parade and hurricane cocktails!
Guests enjoyed fantastic silent auction items including having a top San Diego chef prepare a four-course meal in the home of the highest bidder.
The highlight of the evening was the awarding of Chef of the Year, Student of the Year, Educator of the Year and many more!
