Leerosendo West

Leerosendo West earned his well-deserved reputation amazing the city’s Gaslamp District with masterful paella creations. He also earned the title 2020 Chefs de Cuisine Chef of the Year  

His professional progression has been impressive since beginning his career with the Latin specialty restaurant group Sevilla.  

But from line cook to executive chef to a development chef opening restaurants across Southern California, he has maintained a loyalty to Chefs de Cuisine.  

He commuted from his new job responsibilities in the Los Angeles area for more than two years to maintain a valuable presence in the Chefs de Cuisine community in San Diego.   

He has a long list of professional and volunteer accomplishments that are consistent with the highest professional culinary. He continues to work tirelessly whenever and wherever he is called to duty.
